Overview
Superb Roofing & Restoration completed a full commercial TPO roof replacement for El Patron Bar & Grill in Seguin, Texas — a local favorite known for its authentic Mexican cuisine. Scope of Work
– Old Roof Removal
Safely removed the deteriorated membrane and pre-existing roofing components.
- New TPO Installation
Installed a fully adhered TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing system.
All seams were heat-welded for enhanced durability, energy efficiency, and water resistance.
- Custom Coping Caps
Removed all old coping caps.
Custom-fabricated and installed brand-new coping caps to protect and seal parapet walls, ensuring a professional finish and superior leak protection.
- Gutter Replacement
Removed old gutters from the rear of the building.
Designed and installed custom-built gutters for optimal drainage and long-term performance.
